The Ultimate Style Guide for Black Dresses for Women for Fall in NYC
This is your ultimate style guide for black dresses for women for fall in NYC!
Hi All! I’m back with some great little black dresses for your holiday parties this season. My last look, was a little more risquΓ©, so if you’re looking for something more along those lines, take a peak at my last post here!
Now this Ohne Titel little black dress I am wearing, in this post, is also sexy, but in a very different way. This dress hugs all my curves, its a stretchy material which makes you feel comfortable showing off your body, whereas a tight rigid fabric will just make you feel like a square peg trying to fit into a round hole (that’s how the saying goes right?!). Anyways, my suggestion for wearing something that shows off your body is to make sure it stretches: you’ll feel so comfortable and sexy because you’ll really wear the dress, not the other way around.
I have been waiting a long time to get my hands on an Ohne Titel dress and I finally found this one on sale at Intermix. Even though this dress is seemingly simple it has some great ribbed detailing and a fully functioning exposed zipper. I also really love a dress that is at this length because I like to repurpose dresses as skirts by adding a sweater on top of it–which I’ve already done a few times for work! It’s a great little trick and I’ll provide more details on that in another post.
So back to the holidays: a little black dress, either this one, or another is always a great way to go for a holiday party. Black always makes you look sleek, sexy, and pulled together. I always feel like black apparel draws out my features on my face as well and makes my make-up look more dramatic. Plus, top it with a bright colored coat to add some color (get it in this color also)!

For short and plunging try this one.
Add some lace for a sweet detail with this one.
Go for length in this little (long) black dress.
Asymmetrical, sexy, and subtle is how I would describe this dress.
