This is the second half of my NYC West Village/Meatpacking post.  My awesome photographer and friend Sharon and I stumbled upon this bright blue door in the Meatpacking and knew it would be the perfect backdrop for a few poses and later we found the perfect cobblestoned street with the sun just at the right height.

Have Stilettos Will Travel is a post I dedicated to styling an outfit two ways and for part 2 I went from flouncy skirt to shorts (which are a summer trend I am loving) and it’s not just shorts it’s printed shorts!  I love the way shorts create a playful summer outfit.  This pair I also snagged at Barney’s Co-op, is a chic floral print paired with my white top from part 1: the simplicity of the top allows for the pattern on the shorts to shine.  I also paired the new outfit with a pop pink lip to really add some extra pizazz!
