Where to Stay in Santa Rosa

Planning a weekend trip to wine country? And I don’t mean Napa Valley but the other part of wine country: Santa Rosa, Sonoma and its surrounding areas. Smalls towns like Healdsburg are only 20 minutes from Santa Rosa and are full of wineries, restaurants, and quaint streets. You can go for tastings, long lunches and shopping in downtown Healdsburg and feel a million miles away from reality. Santa Rosa and its surrounding areas are a great mini vacation.

If you’re looking for a hotel with a laid back vibe in Santa Rosa, with close proximity to Healdsburg and Sonoma: try The Sandman Hotel.

The Sandman is a funky cool hotel with a pool (and hot tub), an adjacent bar, bocce ball and is dog friendly! (Who isn’t these days?!)

My recent stay at the Sandman was super fun, see my photos below to get an idea of how it is! Then book your own stay!
