1. Can I return sale items and what is Shopbop’s return policy?

Yes, Shopbop offers free returns on all orders, including sale items. However, there are some items marked as “FINALE SALE” in red – so make sure to look out for those. They are rare but they exist. I make it a habit of never shopping anything that is final sale.

Shopbop also creates the return label for you and sends it in the box of your purchase – making a return very simple!

2. How long does shipping take?

This is one of my favorite parts of shopping via Shopbop – they offer incredibly fast shipping via your Amazon Prime account. Two days free shipping! So if you have an Amazon Prime account – make sure to connect it to your Shopbop account (they are owned by Amazon).

If you don’t have an Amazon Prime account – you can opt in for faster shipping for a nominal price. Or wait a few days for the free shipping.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

Shopbop accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopbop gift certificates.
