Looking to wine and dine in Napa Valley this spring and summer? Well then the Restoration Hardware Restaurant in Yountville is the place for you!

Instead of waiting weeks and months go get into The French Laundry try dining down the road (literally) at RH Yountville in Napa.

While the Restoration Hardware restaurant may not have a Michelin star it boats a gorgeous setting in the perfect Napa Valley town.

Since moving back to the Bay Area in 2019, I have been treating Napa like a second home — it’s effectively a European oasis, an hour away from where I live! Add in a pandemic — well this makes traveling there even more desirable (and safe).

Over Thanksgiving my parents and I finally dined at the Restoration Hardware Restaurant in Yountville (it had been on my list to visit for awhile) and it did not disappoint.

It is a glamorous and gorgeous setting in the pristine Napa Valley town of Yountville, off a small country road.

Beyond the decor (as you can see there is a very regal chandelier hanging over my head in the first photo below), the food is delicious and simple American fare — done right.

Some of the best items on teh RH menu are: the shrimp cocktail, the roast beef au jus (never can resist that), and the roast chicken. (See my images below!).

A glass of bubbly and a shrimp cocktail always sets the pace for a fabulous dinner!

The restaurant is also dog friendly so my little fur baby: Roo was able to enjoy the ambiance as well.

Do they have other locations in the Bay Area?

Yes: RH is now open in Corte Madera and San Francisco.

What is the dress code at Restoration Hardware:

It’s a nice restaurant and I suggest dressing on the casual chic side – no need for a black tie or cocktail look but certainly no flip flops.

Depending onthe time of year the attire will change but summer time is great for sun dresses and winter is perfect for some sequins and sparkle!
