Tell me about it: Stud” Just call me “Sandy!” in this 50’s style J. Crew jumpsuit! I am feeling very Grease in this J. Crew black jumpsuit paired with a vintage jean jacket and neck scarf.  Funnily enough, this outfit wasn’t intended to be a 50’s look but once I started adding on the jacket and accessories — it was hard for it not to be!

This jumpsuit has become a very versatile piece for me: since it’s black it matches with everything and it can be formal or casual as it’s a mid length jumpsuit.  I wore it to a rehearsal dinner recently, with just simple heels and jewelry and another time added this jean jacket and a pop of color to wear it casually around town.

The Levi’s vintage jean jacket is a new prized possession of mine.  I found it at the Melrose Flea Market (a great place to visit if you’re a local of tourist in LA) and I have been wearing it all the time!  It’s the perfect jacket for temperate weather like we have in LA.  I found the cute neck scarves at — gasp — H & M and loved the way they added something to the simple black jumpsuit.  A pop of red really never hurts either, so I pulled out my staple open toe red stilettos (similar ones here).
