I have found the most perfect powder blue summer dress by Theory and it’s light and perfect for day out in New York City!

I have been stocking up on my summer dresses and this one by Theory definitely stood out.  On the hanger it didn’t have much appeal–but I could tell it would make for a perfect fashion moment (and I know fashion moments!).  The pieces that make for the best fashion moments are the unassuming ones, just like this one.  Its panelling construction makes for a great fit and the fabric has some stretch which gives comfort and allows for a sporty feel. The color, is what really sold me.  The light blue compliments my blonde hair perfectly and it is an easy breezy summer color.

I paired the dress with an iced coffee (which you can find out more about here) and my new cheetah flats by Loeffler Randall.  I have petty much been living in Loeffler Randall shoes all year. This past winter I wore my black booties almost daily and now I’m transitioning seasons with these cheetah espadrilles.  Loeffler’s brand has great style and I seem to gravitate towards a lot of their items.  My necklace is House of Harlow–bought through Rocksbox–which is a jewelry subscription service that I have become fond of.  I don’t usually make as much time for jewelry in my outfit ensembles or in my shopping schedule so having a box that comes once a month, with choices, is actually a great solution for me.  Give it a try here!
