New Wardrobe Goals

Remember when I said I needed a few new pieces for my New Year wardrobe?  Well, I took that post very seriously and got these sleek faux leather pants from Nordstrom.  A few things: these pants are on sale (heyo!), affordable (check), and fit really well (sexy time).  I love the way they look and fit, they give this cool flashy look all at once and are great for a night out.  They look particularly great with a sweater (and yes it is sweater weather!).  

In this look, I am wearing one of my favorite sweaters (have literally been living in it all winter, it just always works–if you follow me on Instagram you probably have seen your fair share it it).  I’ve mentioned this brand before: The Fifth Label and their sweaters can do no wrong in my fashion book. With it being so cold, the only way to stay warm is in thick knitted sweaters, but you can still look good doing it!
