Making Fall Style Easy with this Fashion App
Even though we are currently going through a heat wave here in California: I am still looking toward my fall style and what I will be wearing this season! I am seeing a lot of wide leg denim, slip dresses (likely to become my personality this fall season), leather coats, simple jewelry and much more!
You might have seen on my Instagram that I recently found out about this awesome fashion and beauty app that makes it easy to discover curated fashion content! Itโs called Clickher and there is so much content in the fashion and beauty space curated by a great group of curators from around the country.
I was just scrolling through the app the other day to help get my sartorial juices flowing and saw some amazing ideas for fall style from other content creators. I also noticed that I was actually seeing content that I wanted to see based on my interests! Not an algorithm pushing topics I have no interest in at all.
It’s so important to have a space where you can take in content without an algorithm pushing an agenda.
While using Clickher – I used the filtering option and only had the app show me “most popular” in the “fashion” category. I found a post called “Top 10 Fall Fashion Trendsโ and I watched a YouTube video on all the styles this season – very informative. You can also save any content to “my faves” on the app.
Once I browsed all the content I could: I started to style some of my own fall looks: a wide leg denim with a pinched waist and a button up tie blouse. Easy, classic, and transitional: perfect for fall fashion. See image below.
Then I styled a slip dress two ways – one way with a belt and one way with a cropped top over the slip dress – and it gives it a totally new look. It’s as if you’re wearing one dress instead of a top with a slip dress. Hacks and style ideas like these are always so useful especially when youโre in a creative rut!
The app isnโt just for fashion lovers – Clickher has a lot of great beauty content to browse.
There is a great comparison of drug store items and brand name beauty items โ are they worth it? One features my favorite: Charlotte Tilburyโs โHollywood Flawless Filterโ and even if some do think the dup is just as good โ I am sticking with the original!
I have also really enjoyed finding some great home decor inspiration for this fall. I just updated my kitchen last year and I am always looking for cute updates or kitchen accents: I’m seeing many curators on the app talk about pumpkin centerpieces and warm tones for their kitchen towels. Small seasonal changes are always nice touch for the home.
Here is a tutorial for using Clickher – it’s a great tool and lots of fun to find style and beauty inspiration
Try Clickher today by downloading it here (also via the Apple app store or Google Play).
