Sweater Weather

I am featuring this cozy and chic The Fifth Label Cacti Sweater.   I suggest pairing it with a high-waisted pant or how I did today: with a pair of black culottes.  Since the sweater is chunky, pairing it with dainty jewelry and layering items is the perfect antidote to a thick sweater.

Bralettes Anyone?

 Since I started working in the intimate apparel industry, I have been making an effort to up my bralette game.  When I mention a bralette (some) people will ask: “What is a bralette?”  Well, it’s a fashion bra.  It usually has some fashion detailing like mesh or lace and it is meant to be seen (although doesn’t have to be).  I wear them under a low cut or a sheer top–it’s really an element of the look, not just an undergarment.  In the above picture, there is a Free People bralette (right) and a Cosabella one (left).  The Free People bralette is a little more functional, but still has a lower strip of lace that is a great detail.  Cosabella is known for its super sexy styles and designs and the one above delivers all that!
