One of my favorite and easy styling tips to expound on my readers is to wear a jumpsuit and dress up the look with some great accessories.  The best part of an outfit that consist of one piece, is that it takes the thinking out of your morning routine.  Even for a fashionista like myself–who loves styling and putting together new looks–even I don’t always enjoy spending hours figuring out what to wear.  When that’s the case or I am not feeling particularly motivated, I always turn to a jumpsuit and I put my creative energy into the details.  In the look above, I have a fabulous wool coat–that has a detachable collar/scarf–a gold bib necklace, red stilettos, and a floppy hat with ribbon detailing.  When you don’t have to think about the clothes you’re wearing, the accessories can really shine and sometimes the strength in styling is knowing how to make a simple outfit look effortless and amazing.

The wool coat and hat are two gems I picked up in London at British retailer: Jigsaw London.  They have a few locations in California, but when will they come to NYC?!  They have beautiful pieces that will seamlessly work into your everyday wardrobe. This coat has worked so well for fall and I know I can wear it under my fur when it starts to get freezing! (You all must remember my fur!)
